Throat Pain, Later Goosebumps And Burning At The Same Time, Continuous Shaking. Cause And Cure?

HI my throat started hurting this morning and didn t think anything of it...about 2 hours I was freezing like goosebumps and everything but burning up at the same time - my friends all said they felt fine then I began shaking and I haven t stopped. I put on a sweatshirt sweatpants drank hot tea and am under the covers.

It probably is infection in your throat, could be tonsillitis (inflammation/infection of the tonsils).

Treatment options would be:
1. Take Paracetamol/Ibuprofen (antifever and pain killers)
2. Lukewarm water gargles
3. Avoid cold food/fluids etc
4. Take adequate rest

If symtpoms persist another day or two, get checked over by family doctor. You may need some antibiotics.

Recovery should be within 3-5 days
