Based on clinical symptoms and laboratory reports ,You are suffering from Parathyroid tumour, probably parathyroid adenomas producing hyperparathyroidim and mild hypercalcemia . 90% of parathyroid tumours are adenomas and 10% parathyroid cancer.Cancer is extremely rare in parathyroid tumours ,1 in 500 cases.Secondly in parathyroid cancer, PTH levels will be in thousands range and calcium level will be above 14 .Lymph node enlargement can be secondary to flu. Dont worry ,go ahead with surgery .Get well soon
