Throat Obstruction, No Pain Or Fever, Bumps On Wall Of Pharynx

Hi, for about two and a half weeks, I have had a stuck in throat sensation when I swallow . There s no pain, and I don t have a temp. I looked in my mouth with a flashlight, and saw a few small bumps on the wall of my pharynx, which lead me to believe it s possibly granular pharyngitis , although I m not too sure. I have no idea how to treat this. Any advice?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic granular pharyngitis giving rise this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Do antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold drinks, junk food.
if there is no improvement, consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
