Throat Injury While Bending Over Chair, Minor Pain On Swallowing. Precautions?

Hi. About a week ago I hit my throat bending over a chair. It kinda felt like something popped I m guessing along my windpipe( Trachea) on the right side of it higher near where the neck meets under my jaw. There is minor pain when I swallow . It is very minor as far as pain goes. Feeling it I dnt kno if anything is irreg. what actions if any should I take?? Thank u for ur time.

No action needs to be taken. You can take an analgesic if the pain is too much. Do consult an ENT if you have any change in voice or respiratory difficulty. Regards
