Hi, Over the past few years I ve been having throat cramping on each side of my thyroid . It is so painful and frightening because I can t swallow and hardly breath. After the cramping is done, the muscle area is sore for days. Any little turning or yawning will cause it to cramp. I ve been to many doctors and they have no answer for me. I ve had all kinds the blood work done and all comes back normal. Do you know what might be causing these awful cramps? Thank you, Renee
