Throat Congestion, Back Aches And Vomiting. Took Antibiotics For Urinary Bladder Infection. Swollen Vulva, Rashes In The Leg. Why?

Hi. A few months ago I had this feeling of something being stuck in my throat it worried me so I went to get it checked out and they said it was nothing. A week or two later I got a urine tract infection they gave me antibiotics it cleared. Then a few days later I started having back aches, it led to one day I was vomiting, had a fever. I went to the hospital and they tested for stds and all tests came back negative. I went home still having back aches. A week later I developed a rash on the lower trunk of my leg but it went away within a few hours. A few weeks later, I started to have this feeling of my vulva being swollen and I had nosebleed. Now all these symptoms are gone and it feel as though my lymph nodes are enlarged. Please tell me you can tell what this is. I'm very worried and having bad thoughts

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You had these following problems:
1) you had a feeling that something being stuck in your throat - Dr told you it is nothing
2) Later you had UTI - with antibiotics it cleared
3) Later you developed back Ache with vomiting and fever - you were investigated - nothing was there - still you have back pain. But did you investgate for fever - throat, urine culture and sensitivity or infection anywhere in the body including blood other than STD.
4) Later you had rashes on your legs - which disappeared within one hour
5) Later you developed Vulval swelling and nasal bleed
Currently all your symptoms have gone,
Now your lymph nodes are enlarged - But where? You have not mentioned them
The Dr has said nothing in the throat but as you have nasal bleeding - you need an ENT consultation and investigations relevant treatment for it.
Any UTI or vaginal infection may produce Vulval swelling - may or may not be associated with itching
The rashes should be allergic in nature (the causes are many) - that allergy should be mild as they disappeared within one hour
The Lymph nodes, if they are in the neck it should be infection anywhere in its drainage area including Nose - which should be the cause for nasal bleeding.
If it is in the groin - once again infection of its drainage area like it can due to infection in the urinary tract, vulva, vagina or infected allergic rash.
For lymph node swelling you have to look for the source of infection. For nasal bleed - as per ENT opinion and blood test
Because of UTI and vulvo vaginal problems – You may develop Pain in the back. If it is very severe or radiating down consult the Dr.
Best wishes for you
