Thickening in uterus found, constant white discharge, pelvic discomfort. Possibilities of cancer ?

My doctor found a thickening in my uterus with a routine exam. She scheduled me for a MRI . I have a constant discharge that can vary from white in color to clear mucous with no odor. I have pelvic discomfort also. The area she found was painful to palpating. What are the possibilities of endometrial cancer or ovarian? I m only 29 with two children born vaginally both over 9lb 8 oz.
