Thick Clear Discharge After Overnight Sex, Trying For A Baby. What Is It ?

we are trying for a baby and I had sex with my husband last night and he got off in me and i went to sleep, I woke up this morning and got up and everything was fine. i went to the bathroom about 30 min ago and i had a thick clear discharge , could that be just from his ejaculation still being in me? This would be our 3rd baby and i never had this happen with my first 2

Hello there.

It not possible for the semen to remain in vagina overnight and then come out as clear discharge in the morning.

The possibilities of clear discharge can be many depending on the other symptoms you have.
First if its your mid cycle time that is ovulation time then clear discharge is normal and happens in every female. It is due to increased level of hormone in ovulation.

The other possibility can a co existing infection whoch would present with discharge, foul smell, itching, redness or urinary complaints.
