The problem in my vocal cord is not allowing me to sing properly

hey i m ankush.....i hav problem in my vocal cord...but when i consult to the doctor .....they said...its the normal problem.....but i m not feeling better......nw plz tell me wht should i do nw..........????bcz i can t sing properly nw......
