I'm 19. I lift weight 4-5 times a week and usually workout pretty hard. Sometimes, like today, my testicles have random bursts of short pulsating pain during my workout and afterwards. if i rest for a day or two it usually goes away. But when i workout really hard for a few days it always comes back. Am I about to have a hernia? Is something wrong with my testosterone? Any help would be great.
