We recently had our first sexual encounter and he revealed to me that he had one testical removed (due to testicular cancer). It appeared that he may have removed an artificial testical or something of the sort prior to intercourse - as I heard, and did not see, a popping sound and then observed his hands near his testicular region. I did not want to embarrass him by inquiring about this during the moment of our encounter. Might you know what this may be? He said he had his testical removed in the mid 1990 s. Thank you.
