Most often, the presence of epithelial cells in urine indicates contamination from urethra but in rare cases it may result from some conditions affecting the kidneys (acute tubular necrosis or malignancies). Normally, urine does not contain bacteria. The value for Lipase level is high and taking into consideration the type of pain you are feeling, it could be possible that you have an inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis). Other conditions that can cause that kind of pain and also increase Lipase levels include gallstones and inflammation of gallbladder (cholecystitis). An ultrasound would definitely give the diagnosis and if it is not possible, a CT scan might be needed. I hope that answers your query.
