Test Reports Are Now Normal Since 1 Year, Still Unable To Conceive. Why?

I am 36 yr old female,married for 3 years. My husband and mine reports are normal except for my thyroid levels for which i have been taking thyronorm 75 mcg for about 1.5 yrs. Test reports are now normal since 1 year, still unable to conceive. Why? Also pl advise if the correct time to take this tablet is in early morning inempty stomach, as a friend suggested?

Hi Welcome to HealthCareMagic

Regarding infertility, first you need to confirm the whether you are ovulating or not. There are some tests -urine LH surge test, Basal body temperature measurement and measuring progesterone levels. You also need Ultrasound of Pelvis. At the same time your spouse needs semen analysis. These are the initial steps.

Take Synthroid as a single dose, preferably on an empty stomach, one-half to one hour before breakfast. The drug is absorbed better on an empty stomach. Be sure to take the dose with plenty of water.
