Tennis Player, Have Severe Knee Pain While Playing, Walking. Permanent Cure?

Hi I am 14 and I have chondromalacia patella . I play tennis. I have had this for about 4 months already. When I first had it, the pain was alright where I could still play and it would brother me only a little bit. Now in this past month, I recently rested for a while(I still played tennis at school but it was very settle,2 times a week) and a week ago I played tennis with my dad which turned to be bad, now my knee pain has gotten worse because I can feel the pain a lot more now just by walking. Also for 2 months 2 times a week I have done running because of my school and when I run my knees are just killing me, I tried to ask my counsler to drop me out of doing running and tennis and that i should just be resting my knee and not putting more pressure on it and all she said was ask your running coach for limitations, but asking for limitations is not going to help as I should be resting it. How do

Hello,

Pain is due to Chondromalacia patella.
You need an X ray of the knee to look for any loose body inside your joint which may be producing severe pain.
Rest and physiotherapy(Quadriceps strengthening exercises) are needed to reduce the pain and strengthen your knee joint.
Consult an orthopedician for help.
