Tender Breasts, Butterflies In Stomach, Bleeding, Tingling Nipples. Pregnant?

I had early pregnancy symptoms like tender breast( couldn t stand for anything to touch them). I feel like I have butterflies in my stomach . I started bleeding 10 days before I should have started. It was light and bright red. Now my breast feels normal except sometimes my nipples get a tingle. Could I be pregnant? Or is my hormones out of wack?

Hi,
Though some of your symptoms can be seen in early pregnancy, just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion.
The bleeding you had could be menstrual flow which might have appeared early due to hormonal imbalance.
Usually implantation bleeding may not be heavier as normal menstrual flow.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound.
This can clarity the doubt regarding pregnancy.
Take care.
