Hi JazzyZapper

I would first of all like to reassure you that what you are experiencing is a completely normal occurance. Since you now a teenager, your body has started producing secretions that are related to sperm production and this white substance that is coming out of your penis is a mixture of semen and fluid necessary for preservation of the sperms. Since they are being produced , they need to be sent out of the body as it cannot store it beyond a particular time, so it finds a way out during your sleep when you dream. I would also like to assure you that erotic dreams are not inappropriate. They are part of your growing up and you must not feel guilty about them at all. It is natural and happens to every growing boy. These need to come out and it is an indicator that you are a healthy young man ! I would be worried if you did not have this discharge. Hope this answers your doubts. please communicate.
