Teenager. Short In Height, Heavy Weight, Pimples On Face. Suggest

i completed 10th class. I have height problem. My height is 5 feet only. My age is 17years.I have only one year time to increase my height. I want to increase my height. My family members are forced to do pullups. It is very difficult to me & i don't want to do that because I have weight problem also. My weight is 70 it is very heavy i am very sad about that. I feel shy to go out side for having weight problem.I am looking very beautiful but My face is fully covered with pimples.I want your suggestion for increase my height & lose my weight & also reduce my pimples. Please give your suggestion. Please sent reply very fast YYYY@YYYY

Hi, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
One by one we are talking about problems.
Your weight is 70 kg , yes this is a problem . You can reduce your weight but you have to follow strict diet as you require 1500 calories, so avoid following things as,
FRIED FOOD, SUGAR, POTATO, RICE, KANDY, Chocolate, fatty diet, creamed milk, fatty curd.
Eats fruits maximum as you can do, whole grain meal, plenty of milk but fat free.
One more step is there but this is the most trusted step if you can do,
Mangoes + milk abdomen full two times in days for 40 days and decrease in weight.
Mangoes and milk are complete food as our body require. ( all vitamins and protein diet is in it add sugar in this step.)
As far as concerned about the height only one step is there.
Play basketball for one year with complete dedication and you will notice the effects in a year.
For pimples as I mentioned above about diet , you will get relief.
For pimples you can use acnex cream and soap.
