Teenager. Healthy to eat for only 4-8 hours and fast for 20-16 hours?

hello my name is hamza and i am a 14 year old male livingnin denmark copenhagen and i have anquestion : is it okay for me to do intermittent fasting where i eat all my calories in an eating window , for example : 4-8 hours of the day and not eat anything the other 20-16 hours . the reason why i dont think this is unhealthy is that i get ALL my calorie needs in this eating window, and not eat anything the other time and loose fat. some phd says its not healthy and i need all the food and others says that it would be great. i am a little confused about this topoc can you please helt me?

thank you for using health care magic..
its not good to follow diet like you do..its unhealthy habit.. you should divide your meal at an interval of 4 hours.. take breakfast in morning ,then lunch ,some snacks in evening then dinner.. you can not take all calories together .. it will spoil your metabolism..
beside this fasting for 16 to 20 hours can cause acidity, heart burn and gastric ulcer..
follow healthy diet plan ..take care...

Is this diet period that you chose because of any religious matter (Muslim fasting) or is it that you follow all over the year? If it is all over the year then it would be definitely a problem.
In our body, gastric acids and bile acids(from liver) produce for every 3-4 hours a day and they need to be digested with the food we eat (which I suggest normally to everyone) or else it will get bloated and cause acidity. If your diet plan is for about a month or so I think it won't be a problem because many Muslim friends I see in India have a routine once in a Year. But if it too long it would probably cause problem.
