Teen Suffering From Neck, Back Pain. What Should I Do To Get My Energy Back? YOGA?

hi i am 18 old boy i done mistake when i was 14,15 old that is i done masturbate but since from 2 year i stop doing it and now and now i am suffering from neck pain and and back pain and also i am not able to concentrate in the class pls pls help me to get my states back. is it possible to get my energy back by YOGA if so tell me and also pls tell me what i have to do pls really u are the god for me because i am poor student please.......

1. masturbation by no means result in neck/back pain, but the guilt results in believing/associating your symptoms with your act.
2. It is the Act by which our body relieves itself of sexual urges/desires, so in no way its harmful.
3. because you are unable to concentrate has resulted in aggravation of these symptoms, resulting in a vicious cycle of masturbation-pain-low concentration.
4. regarding your pain: rule out with your Physician about possible X-rays of cervical and lumbar spine and treat accordingly.
5. For your concentration: avoid ginger-garlic-onions in your diet, eat fresh vegetables (avoid peas, kale, cabbage), drink plenty of water or fresh juices to stay hydrated.
6. avoid distractions,doing double tasks,focus on one task initially, in nut shell stay FOCUS.

The complaints you are making are not due to any of the acts done in past. There are different reasons for neck pain , it can be muscular or cervical spondylitisetc. Have tab. triodashang and tab myostaal with hot water, This will take care of pain. As far as energy and memory is concerned you can have immuno booster and memory boosters . shatawari and brahmi are good for this. Shatawari kalp is available in granules form you can add it to your milk. This is used in number of problems of male and female . Brahmi vati with gold will augment memory.

Your age is only 18 so i think there would not be possible of any spondylosis problem. It could be due to low calcium level and low exposure to sun ray perticularly early morning sun ray. You have also low concentration, fatigue etc. The past history of mastrubation does not have any relation of these present problem. You follow the the things I am suggesting here will be benefited completely.
1) Avoid all junk foods , fast foods, areated drinks,
2) take more seasonal fruits, green salads
3) Take one glass of milk regularly. Take more leafy vegetables regularly
4) Weekly twice or thrice you can take fish.
5) daily at early morning at the time of sunrise do some yoga or exercise in an open area specifically in garden or park
6) take your breakfast in time before 8 and never skip your breakfast. your breakfast must contains more fruits, green salads, germinated nuts, take one almond daily at break fast
7) Take your lunch in time betwen 12 to 1pm.
8) evening also some healthy tiffins like cheese prepared any food items, fruits salads
9) diner before 9 pm and as usual should be a healthy one. do not take heavy dinner.
10) at bed time you can take 1 glass milk
11) there is some homeopathic medicines you can take - 1) calc carb - 200 - liquid - 2 to 3 drops once in a day morning for 4 days in a week- Sun, Tue, Thu, Sat 2) Tuberculinum - 200 - liquid -2 to 3 drops once in a day morning for 3 days in a week - Mon, Wed,Fri 2) Five phos 6X - 6 tablets three times in a day for 2 months.
12) drink plenty of water minimum 2 to 3 liers in a day.
