In my view, it is not good to use oxy elite pro for weight loss. It is always better to loose weight by natural means.

Following steps will help you:
-First identify cause of weight gain: sedentary life style, excessive fat intake or hormonal imbalance
-Get thyroid function test done
-Follow some exercise program and diet plan
-Loose weight not more than 2 kg per month.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.
