Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Smegma formation irritation and fungal infections are common for some men. Avoidance of irritating agents like soaps is advised for them.I advise in such cases with ointments containing antibiotic antifungal and corticosteroids for local application.I also recommend them to wash the area with warm saline water or just warm water.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.

I have gone through your query. For yeast infection i treat with ointments containing antfungals like terbinafine and a corticosteroid.I also advise to take fluconazole weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance. You should wash and clean smegma by using warm saline water or just warm water.Soaps and irritants should be avoided.Hope this may help you.
