General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and thanks for the query
Firstly I want to know whether the tip is turned black or not?
It is hard to touch or just a pulp?
Does pricking with a sterile needle cause bleeding or not?
If you have a healthy part and blood is oozing by needle prick than do not worry get some time to the part to get circulation and heal properly. Sensation will come as it take blood circulation
And if the part is turned black (gangrene formation) or bluish coloration increasing day by day than sorry to say but you need amputation of the part before it get infected. Continue the course of antibiotic and analgesic drugs as prescribed by your doctor.
Consult your doctor again and know about your condition.
Best Wishes
