Tear Ducts Turning White And Pain In Eyes

i have noticed today that my tear ducts are turning white, which extends under my botton eye lid and now I am starting to have alot of pain and pressure in my eyes. what could be causing this?

wash yr eyes with clean and cold water..
use dark goggles whn u go outside..
use lubricating eye drops..and antibiotics..
if watering is there thn consult ophthalmologistst personally
