Taking Synthroid For Hypothyroidism. Gall Bladder Removed. TSH And Liver Enzymes High. Reason?

I had my gallbladder removed approximately 8 weeks ago. The day of surgery my blood tests were normal. I have been on synthroid for approx 12 years for hypothyroidism. After the surgery I felt ok for a week or so then it has been downhill since. My dr ordered a blood test a week ago which came back with a TSH of 7.8 and liver function enzymes were 10 to 20 x too high. I have had a HIDA scan and an MRCP and both were normal. I have re'd an increased synthroid prescription which I began taking four days go. I feel bad with digestive problems, severe headaches and no energy. My question is whether or not the gallbladder removal trigger the high TSH level which then triggered the liver functions to suddenly rse to alarming levels. I have never had high liver function levels, am not a drinker, drug user and have never had a liver disease. The scans ruled out obstruction, blocked ducts and fled out fatty liver. Thank you for any opinion or advice.

Thank you for using Health care magic.Elevated TSH values are suggestive of low thyroxine levels, your doctor will increase and titrate the dose of Synthyroid to correct this.Elevation of liver enzymes can occur due to medication, inflammation of the liver and other liver disease.Your PCP/Doctor will probably evaluate you for this if the values are elevated.Mild elevation can occur without any significant organic cause.
