FROM BEGINNING IS UR COLOUR PALE YELLOW OR AFTER SOME INFECTION
TRY TO DO SOME INVESTIGATION :
HB / CBC / MT / FT3 / FT4 / TSH
IF U ARE LOSING WT PER MONTH THEN IT CAN B INFECTIOUS AND IT CAN ALSO LEAD TO WT LOSS
PALE COLR CAN B DUE TO LOW AMT OF HB
AFTER DOING INV DO REVERT BACK I WILL PREPARE AND GIVE U PERFECT PALN WITH GOOD REGIMEN

2 CHAPATI
SALAD
1 KATORI DAHI /CHAAS
1 FRUIT
4 PM : GREEN TEA
6PM : 4 BREAD SPROUT SANDWICH
7PM ROASTED CHANA
9 PM : DINNER SAME AS LUNCH
BEDTIME : 1 GLASS MILK WITH HALIM SEEDS

REGULAR EXERCISE 30 MIN TO REMAIN ACTIVE
30 GMS OF MIXED NUTS PACKETS FOR BINGING IN INTERVAL
