Taking minoxidil and finasteride for androgenic aloepecia. Not cured. Any other treatment?

I am diagonised as androgenic aloepecia(male baldness) and using minoxidil since 2 years and also took finasteride for 6 months but theres no regrowth or stoppage of hair loss. What is the further treatment?
