Taking Homeopathic Medicine For Face Acne. Excessive Facial Hair. Cure?

I have acne from last 2 years . I am 20 years old female, it sometimes cover my whole face nd sometimes i have no acne at oll , i am taking homeopathic medicines from last 3 months but do not have any visible effect . i have more facial hairs cmpratively to others girls !! please tell me what should i do to cure this acne !! regards geetanjali

Hi,

You are having acne vulgaris and hypertrochosis.

You are taking homeopathic medicines since last 3 months without response.

Homeopathic medicines might improve your lesions very slowly.

I advise you to stop them and to start allopathic drugs.

Application of clindamycine gel in morning and adapalene gel at night on lesions for long time would improve your lesions.

Take minocycline 50 mg daily in morning for about 6 months.

Take isotretinoin capsule 5 mg at night daily... After marriage you avoid this molecule.

Cleanse the face with salicyclic acid containing face wash.

Avoid stress and worries, as they exacerbate the disease.

Avoid oily food, milk and ghee.

For hypertrichosis, if you feel embarrasing , you may go for laser therapy.

Have early recovery.
