Taking Warfarin For Heart Failure. Breathing Problems, Lethargy. Due To Medicine?
I am a heartfailure patient and recently my heart went into af...I have been on warfarin since May this year and have been having breathing problems and feel rotten..tired and lethargic...little or no motivation. I believe that zarelto is an option. Do you think that my problems are related to warfarin? I take 3mg of warfarin and my reading is consistently ok. I also take perindopril , digoxin and dilatrend. I had triple bypass and pacemaker/defibrillator implanted in 2009.

You ought to be reviewed by your doctor... Congestive heart failure, worsened/precipitated by the arrhythmia is the most likely cause... warfarin is not likely to do this...
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.
