Taking Sumatriptan Injections For Cluster Headaches. Have Undergone Right Condylectomy. Is This A Cause For Concern?
I have been diagnosed with cluster headaches and these have been occuring twice nightly ! Only relieved by sumatratriptan injections x 2 novte, i had a brain mri yesterday the radiographer noticed a shadow right side and asked if i had surgery, i had a right condylectomy , the are is about 1cm and is around the back of the ear allow i dont have any hearing symptoms ?? Pl can you advise as I am now very worried Thank you
Your surgery may be a cause of cluster headache. medicine you are using is for reducing the intensity of pain attacks. But there are prophylactic meds to reduce the frequency of attacks which can be prescribed by your local doctor.
As condylectomy is done there is no use of worrying about it.
