Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Increasing the dose of Beta blocker / or change to some Calcium Channel blocker may help.
Surgery or ablation of the muscle mass (cardiac catheterisation is done / alcohol is used) is helpful in some.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
