Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi

thanks for asking.

it is very common to have feeling of tiredness , giddiness and general weakness after staring the anti hypertensive medications especially if the initial blood pressure is very high.

Most of the times the body takes time to get used to the normal blood pressure if the high blood pressure is present for a long time.

just give it some time, i think you will get adapted to the medications.

Thanks.
