Taken Overdose Of Vyvanse. Increased Heartbeat, High Blood Pressure, Tingling Legs, Purple Rash. Will It Go Away On Its Own?

Sunday I took two 50 mg vyvanse by accident. I was taking at first 50 mg, but because of the side effects my doctor decided to lower my dosage, so he gave me 20 mg capsules, and for me to start taking two of them, making 40 mg and to see how I would do. I grabbed the wrong bottle and took 2 of 50 mg vyvanse. That day I took my blood pressure and I had very high blood pressure and very fast heart beat at 130 bmp, and 157/115 and it said I had an irregular heartbeat. Yesterday it went down a little bit to 136/98 with 98 bpm. Last night my legs felt tingly and they looked as if I had a purplelish rash. Today my blood pressure is not is at a stage 1, and my heart has slowed down and my legs look as if they are going back to their normal stage. One thing I do feel is as if I still had a rapid heart rate, but I checked it and I don't. It's at 80 bpm. I feel as if my heart if beating hard but its not when I check it, as if it were constricted. I didn't go to the ER as I don't have the money to pay for it and I'm wondering if it will go away on its own.

1. vyvnase [lisdexamfetamine] is used/given to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults and in children who are at least 6 years old.
2. rapid increase in heart rate as well as blood pressure can occur if with the said medicine one has taken a MAO [monoamine oxidase inhibitor] in the past 14 days which could result in dangerous drug interaction. [selegiline, linezolid and others], check with ER or your Doctor about such medicines.
3. Using this medication improperly can cause death or serious side effects on the heart. [mainly cardiac dysrhythmias, as you already described/noted]
4. Your doctor will need to check your progress i.e. your blood pressure and heart rate will need to be checked along with EKG for baseline readings or anything concerning [and will decide what further necessary precautions are to be given]
