Hi,

Based on the information provided you are taking following medicines azathioprine 50 mg, lisinopril 10 mg, lovastatin 20 mg, triamterene-hctz 25 mg,
atenolol 50 mg and wanting to know which of them is responsible for causing the hair loss.

The hair loss is most common side effect of "Azathioprine "

Advice:
Please consult with you physician about the hair loss, and if he can make a change in medication "Azathioprine" and offer you any other drug that do not have hair loss a side effect.

Hope it helps.
Dr. JAY PATEL.
