Hello THanks for your query. Aromek basically contains Letrozole. IT is a medication given to women who have difficulty in ovulating. THe condition causes ovarian stimulation and helps in ovulation. PCOS is a condition characterized by difficulty in ovulation, hence letrozole would help you in overcoming that problem. It is suitable for you as you are trying to conceive since 3 years. ALongwith letrozole, follicular monitoring by serial ultrasound scans should be done throughout the cycle to detect and monitor ovulation. Take care.
