Hello,
Positive TMT means that you have a compensated heart circulation and this could lead to angina or heart attacks in future if left untreated. This can be identified by symptoms like palpitation, sweating or chest pain during stress testing, ECG changes like T wave inversions or ST depressions that indicate ischemia sometimes associated with changes in the heart rate and blood pressure. You should go for further investigations like echocardiogram and angiogram to see what type of treatment is needed. Hope this helps.
