Hi,
Your symptoms very well are suggestive of irregular ovarian hormones and given the history of ovarian cysts, could go in favor of polycystic ovarian disease, which is a cause of primary infertility in many. The irregular periods or the metropathic cycles are typical.Excessive water logging in the body could lead to the other symptoms you are experiencing. You need to see a gynaecologist, but do not worry, your condition is completely curable.
