Symptoms Of Perimenopause Like Night Sweats, Fatigue, Sore Throat, Breathlessness And Flu Like Malaise. Are They The Same As Lymphoma?

Hi there, I am concerned with my symptoms. I am either going through perimenopause or have a case of lymphoma. I have all the symptoms for peri menopause, which are the same for lymphoma: night sweats, fatique ect... with the inclusion of a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, I have had pain in my back around my kidneys for about 3 months now, shortness of breath, flu-like malaise for about 4 weeks now that comes and goes, sore throat that comes and goes...I have had a hoarseness in my voice for about 1 year now but always thought it was because of my thyroid that has been up and down for the past 2 years, but my thyroid has been stable for the past 6 months. Should I be worried?

Dear Madam,

Well I think you should see a doctor , both these situations can present with same symptoms but tests need to be done to distinguish them.
