Symptoms Of Bladder Infection, Frequent Burning Urination. Drinking Cranberry Juice. What Else To Try ?

Have had symptoms of a bladder infection for last 5 days - burning and frequency. Getting more frequent but now only burns at end of urinating. And for a bit afterwards. Have been drinking on & cranberry juice to help. Not sure what else to try. Today I developed abscess in area between butt hole & vagina closer to vagina. What can I do to make both UTI & abscess better? Did uti cause abcess? Felt uti was from having sex

The UTI will require a further culture of the urine, which will help in finding the most suitable bacteria to treat your infection, this will help rid you of your symptoms. Also, a potassium chloride based solution will help treat the burning sensation and irritation caused by a UTI.

The location of the abscess is of worry, and could indicate other conditions. The best and most common way to treat an abscess is with antibiotic therapy. Only tough abscesses are treated with a small surgical procedure.

Please visit your doctor to get examined and start on antibiotic therapy, which is the solution to both your problems.
