Symmetrical Bruising On Hip And Ankles

Hi I am 32 I have symmetrical bruising on each hip and down by my ankles what could cause this? I haven t bumped into anything and they are big circles on each side and the same size

I can be due to abnormal blood coagulation, i mean either your blood is not getting clotted or vessels are fragile. I would suggest you to show it to a physcian and get your blood test like BT,CT, PT. till tha time apply hot water fomentation, take vitamin c and eat more citrus fruits like orange, ambla.
