Swollen Vein, Pain And Itching Between Vagina And Rectum. Sexually Active. Possible Hemorrhoid?

The spot between my vaginal opening and my rectum (taint??) has what feels like a swollen vein... It's sensitive to the touch and painful/itchy... Is this a hemorrhoid ?? I got balenol lotion.. Not sure what's goin on..
I just recently became sexually active after over a year and this seemed to develop after having sex with my partner often.. Sometimes the lube on the condom would wear too and there was a bit of friction.. Maybe this has to do with it

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Usually hemorrhoids will present at the anal opening.
So the lesion between vagina and anus you are describing could be a follicular cyst.
When the hair follicle gets infected it will cause folliculitis.
That can present as painful boil.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and take treatment accordingly.
Sitz bath can give relief from pain and will help in letting out the pus.
Take care.
