Swollen Tonsils, Fatigued, Aching Back. Blood Test Normal, Spitting Blood. What Could It Be?

I am a 28 year old male. I've had swollen tonsils for months. Just a couple of months ago I had been fatigued daily and have discomfort on my sides, and back pain. Could whatever is causing my swollen tonsils be to blame for my other symptoms? Blood test come back fine, and heart doctor says everything is ok. ENT recommends a tonsillectomy because of the swelling and abnormalities, but I have never had surgery, and am worried about anesthesia and read stories of hemorrhaging. I decided to try gargling my mouth with mouthwash just now, and spit up a bit of blood. Are there tonsillectomy alternatives other than antibiotics (which I tried and did not work)?

MY DEAR PATIENT,
IF YOUR TONSILS ARE ENLARGED AND ARE TROUBLING YOU BY GETTING INFECTED OFTEN,THE BEST SUGGESTION I CAN GIVE YOU IS TONSILLECTOMY.
IT IS A VERY COMMONLY DONE OPERATION.
ITS MOST FREQUENTLY DONE IN KIDS CAUSE THEY ARE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO TONSILLITIS {INFECTION OF THE TONSILS}.
I SUGGEST U SHOULD BE BRAVE AND DO THE SURGERY.
ONCE THE SURGERY IS DONE YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RELIEVED OF THE CONSTANT SYMPTOMS OF TONSILLITIS SUCH AS FEVER,THROAT PAIN WHILE SWALLOWING,AND BODY ACHE.
AND FREQUENT ANTIBIOTICS IS NOT GOOD IN THE LONG RUN.IT CAN LEAD TO KIDNEY FAILURE.

SO MY DEAR THE MOST IDEAL IS TO GET THEM OUT.
DONT WORRY,NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.

YOU WILL BE FREE TO HAVE ICE CREAMS AND COLD DRINKS AS MUCH AS YOU WANT WITHOUT GETTING SCARED.

HOPE I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GIVE YOU SOME COURAGE

GOOD LUCK
