Swollen Stomach And Abdominal Pain. Is It A Gastric Problem?

Hey I have a sollen stomach , abdominal pains in the bottom left, and have been passing gas a lot. It has been like that since sunday. My doctor gave me some laxatives yesterday and told me to eat figs and prunes. But nothing seems to help. I have not eaten anything today and had a lavement. Please help, I am only 19 years old.

hi..
you have gastritis/Acid peptic disease..
see your physician for the prescription of antacids like proton pump inhibitors and prokinetics..
along with that you need to make lifestyle changes, like low spicy food, aviod smoking and alcohol, regular exercises..
