Swollen Pinky Toe, Spasms Inside Foot, Callous Under Foot. Taken Antibiotics. Suggestions?

Hi, my pinky toe on on the left foot feels and looks swollen. I got antibiotics from my doctor coz he thinks it s an infection and sometimes the inside of my foot (on left side) is kinda spasming a bit (feels like theres like a vein going out of whack). I also have a big callous located directly under my foot in the sAme area.

Hi
Along with antibiotic you need to apply ice.
And after completion of treatement there are 2 things either the infection gets resolve or it gets localise. If the infection gets localise incision and drainage should be done. Callous should be exisced if needed. One more important thing should be done get xray foot ap/oblique.
Hope this will help you.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
