Swollen , Numb Finger. Had A Cut From Broken Glass. Doctor Removed Glass Lodgings. No Relief

A month back I cut my middle finger on broken glass. I went a week or so and figured out that glass had gotten in it. I went to a friend who was a doctor and he removed small piece of glass from it. It has been two weeks since he removed it and the cut is still very sore and it is very hard and firm. It hurts to press down on the cut as well. The tip of my middle finger is still swollen and it has a tingly/numb feeling. What do you think the problem is?

The glass piece is not entirely removed and some piece is there which is causing pressure effect as well as infection.Immediately, you consult a Surgeon for necessary management.
