You need to consult an ENT consultant.
2 things have to be ruled out.
1) Septal haematoma
2) Fracture nasal bone
Septal haematoma if present is an emergency and needs to be drained quickly.
Fracture of the nasal bone can lead to deformity
if displaced. To diagnose it you will need an xRay.
If there is indeed a fracture with displacement then you can get it corrected with a simple surgery.
If surgery is delayed then later it will be difficult to correct it.
