Swollen Nodes Both Sides Of Groin For 4 Months

Experiencing swollen nodes both sides of groin for 4 months. Tested for STDs, tho negative. have dull achy pain in repaired inguinal hernia, pain felt when coughing, sneezing, and touching. Hips pop and grind when lifting knees and sometimes catch when standing causing severe pain. have joint pains in upper/lower back, hands, and shoulders (which tend to pop and grind also, can't reach certain angles without a pop and shooting pains). I have history of painful bowel movement (can last up to 30minutes) gas, constipation/diarrhea, and often have any mixture of floating, small, hard, mucus covered, tan/yellow and (rarely) white stools. lost 25lbs in 8 months as my apatite has decrease. I fatigue easily, have a history of asthma and heartburn. I cough up white foamy mucus daily and have coughed up a black tarry substance several times in my life. Do my symptoms point to anything? Any advice on the kinds of tests/procedures i should take? Thanks in advance. -Josh
