,bumps at back of your tongue all indicates your having pharyngitis
(infection pharynx that is throat).The swollen lymph nodes
in neck are due to pharyngitis as lymphnode get enlarged when there is infection in their vicinity.There are numbers of bacteria other than streptococci and mon which can cause pharyngitis.Consult an ENT surgeon who may be able to examine your throat and may take a swab for culture sensitivity.You may need a course of antibiotic for a week along with decongestant.
