Swollen Lymph Nodes, Sore Throat, Fatigue, Ear Pain. What Is It?

I have had these symptoms going on since May 2012. I have had swollen lymph nodes under jaw and back of neck on left side, sore throat that comes and goes, fatigue ,ear on left side hurts, and my lymph nodes also become enlarged for a couple of days and goes back down. The left side of my face feels different. I have had a strep test done, blood work, and mono test and everything has came back negative. I have been told it is tonsilitis but I do now know what it is.

Dear friend, welcome to HCM!

All the symptoms are due to recurrent upper respiratory infection.
Was a sinusitis considered?
Does the area below the eyes hurt?
Was an Xray PNS done? Have you been on antibiotics?
Has an ENT specialist seen you?
Eustachian tube block due to swelling in the nose can give the ear pain or ear affection itself can cause it.
The face on the left is different, you say. Is there numbness/ tingling there or does it deviate abnormally?
I would suggest to get a good ENT opinion, Xray PNS (sinuses) done.
If all are negative and antibiotics for a week do not help, may have to consider a lymph node biopsy.

Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. Would like to advise better if you can answer these questions above.
