Swollen Lymph Nodes On Side Of Groin. Recent Leg Injury

I've recently injured my legs in a fall, and since then I have been able to notice swollen lymph nodes on each side of my groin. Beneath the left lymph node, another small lump can be felt. It isn't bean shaped like the lymph nodes, so I suspect this to be a hernia. Along with these, I have experienced slight abdominal pain throughout the day, more prevalent toward lunch time. To note, I am 16 years old. I'm hoping for some advice as to what I should do from here.

Hi,
The Lymph nodes in groin suggest infection in the leg wounds. There is possibility of multiple nodes. so the swelling you find below may be another lymph node.
A hernia will increase in size/ have vibrations on coughing.
The pain in abdomen arises due to acidity secondary to medicines, consumed on an empty stomoach.
Any way, It's better to consult doctor, get examined,& take the treatment advised.Injection Tetanus Toxoid is a must after the incidence like the one you had.
Thanks
