General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

From your description you are presenting with persistent generalized lymphadenopathies, recurrent herpes simplex ( if I could identify the loci on your body and see the lesion, it is possible that we are dealing with herpes zoster). My impression is that you are having a viral infection and we are faced with a wide range of choices such as HIV, CMV, herpes systemic, Epstein Barr virus etc.
Your doctor will have to run serology test for as many viruses as possible beginning with HIV. Biopsy is also important to rule out TB lymphadenitis. Blood work is probably coming normal because we are dealing with a viral infection.

Hope this helps
